- Manage all aspects of the employment relationship including hiring, promotions/demotions/transfers, terminations, and/or layoffs
- Workers compensation
- FMLA and other leave management
Staff development and training
- New employee orientation
- Mandatory training for all employees

- Development, implementation and assessment of affirmative action and diversity goals
- Oversight and coordination of the College's search processes
